Abstract

Study on the effects of exogenous hormones on shoot differentiation and endogenous hormones in the course of differentiation of sugarcane in this paper. It was showed that the exogenous hormones can advance or inhibit the endogenous hormones of differentiation shoots. The compound of IAA and GA 1+3 can be inhibited in some level by adding the exogenous hormones to the media. The higher ratio of NAA/BA had the powerful inhibit for the IAA and weak inhibit to GA 1+3 , but the exogenous hormones can advance the synthesis of CTK, and the lower ration of NAA/BA had the powerful advance to the synthesis of CTK. At the same time, it is advantageous to the shoot differentiation by adding exogenous hormones suitable with suitable ratio and level in the course of callus differentiation.
