Empirical Study on China's Intellectual Capital and Enterprise Performance

Abstract

Based on the literature review,we find establishing the dynamic model for intellectual capital and performance, strengthening the analysis of the cause and effect in the relation between the intellectual capital elements and enterprise performance,and setting up the right measurement method for performance are researching contents and orientation of Chinese intellectual capital field in the future.
