Abstract

Endometriosis deteriorate the women's ability of fertility. Mechanisms of infertility associated with endometriosis are controversial. Fertility specialists consistently arguing on whether or not laparoscopy is an important component of a thorough infertility evaluation,the strategy of the treatment of infertility after laporoscopy and the time and duration of the use of GnRH-a. Thus the management of infertility in women with endometriosis remains to be empiric. This review summarizes the latest advances in the studies on the treatment of infertility associated with endometriosis.
