Abstract

[Objective] The aim was to discuss the extraction effect of total alkaloids from the Leonurus siribicus extracted by microwave method and determine the optimum work parameters.[Method] With the conventional reflux extraction as CK,the total alkaloids from the L.siribicus were extracted by the microwave heating technology, the influence of some factors such as solid-liquid ratio, microwave extraction time, microwave extraction power on the extraction effect were studied and the optimum extraction condition was determined.[Result] The microwave extraction time of 8 min and the microwave extraction power of 616 W could extract completely. The solid-liquid ratio of microwave extraction was about 1∶15,but considering from the safe performance, adding 50 ml extractant into 3 g sample for microwave extraction could be more ideal.[Conclusion] The method as a new extraction method for the effective components of Chinese traditional medicine, had good repetition and better precision and accuracy, and had extensive developmental prospect.
