Abstract
Value appears in the interaction of the subject object. People form their outlook of value in their practice. The core problem of outlook of value is what kind of people to serve, and the rational value judgement standard is the key link in the value judgement. Marxist outlook of value, which is advanced and correct, is propitious to social progress and people's interests.
