Effects of icariin on the expressions of collagenIand integrinα2β1 of osteoblasts in vitro

Abstract

Osteoblasts were incubated with low,medium and high concentrations of icariin.The results showed that expressions of typeⅠcollagen and integrinα2,andβ1 were increased by osteoblasts at various concentrations of icariin.The expressions of collagenⅠand integfinα2 andβ1 by osteoblasts in the medium-dosage group were the highest.
