How to build socialist like China with poor economy and culture is the subject that Deng Xiao-ping's theory need to study, that what is socialist is the important and basic problem of Deng Xiao-ping's theory, how to build socialist is the important content of Deng Xiao-ping's theory and the content is in the position of standpoint and end-result.
