Space Countermeasure in View of International Space Laws

With the reinforcement of depending on space in modern wars, more and more countries have paid attention to space countermeasures. To avoid militarization in outer space, some International Space Laws have been enacted correspondingly. But because these International Space Laws have some limitation and different country has different attitude to these laws, the sanction of these laws is evidently poor. By researching on International Space Laws, the paper points out the problems of International Space Laws, analyses the developing trend of space countermeasures in the restricted range of International Space Laws, and educes that to avoid militarization and arms race in outer space, and limit space countermeasures effectually, it's a trend to perfect the existing International Space Laws and constitute new ones what the time needs.
