On Exploration of Teaching Reform of Business English Correspondence Course in Vocational Colleges

Along with the reform progress of China' higher education,the reform in education of vocational colleges has moved forwardly.Most vocational colleges have been pushing forward the reform of course teaching in order to achieve greater efficiency and follow the law of vocational education and cultivate more qualified graduates.In term of the business English specialty in vocational colleges,the achievement of teaching objectives relies on the efficiency of the teaching of each course and the nurture of students' practical ability.As we know,Business English Correspondence course is one of the main courses of business English major and it is with distinctions of importance and uniqueness,so the success of teaching reform of this course is closely related to the achievement of Business English major education,which results in a higher requirement for business English specialty teaching.This article analyzes the distinction,position and importance of the course and point out the problems and negative results of these problems.And finally it gives exploration of the teaching reform in Business English Correspondence Course of Business English specialty and suggestion on settlement of problems mentioned in the article.
