Abstract

As an aspect of the regional innovation system,the capacity of regional technical innovation is determining factor of region economy growth.And from the research,we define the definition of the capacity of regional technical innovation,and did the analysis and evaluation to the capacity of regional technical innovation with factor analysis,and provides the basis to formulate region economy and technological development policy in various areas.
