Abstract
Research on organizational justice has been last for more than 40 years,which has large research outcomes.Reviewing on these researches,the organizational justice research is mainly focused on four fundamental aspects,such as: what is the construct of organizational justice? Why do people care about organizational justice? How do people form the perceptions of fairness? What are effects of organizational justice? The evolution history on this field and its future direction will be demonstrated by reviewing the past organizational justice research from these four fundamental aspects.
