Abstract
Objective To detect the stability of the mite allergen. Methods To detect the biological activity of mite allergen using ELISA assay. Results After the mite allergen products had been placed under 37℃ for 6 days, the human anti-sera could detect the decline of their biological activity, but the rabbit anti-sera could not. Conclusions ELISA assay with IgE could evaluate the stabilisty of mite allergens, the result showed that the biological activity of mite allergen.decreased gradually while the mite allergen products were placed under 37℃ for 45 days
