Abstract

In the analysis of the research value and time mission of legal ethics,with the development of the western legal philosophy from the school of natural law,the analytical positivism jurisprudence,the economic analysis school of law to the social jurisprudence,the significance of legal ethics on the law research and legislative practice in the social transformation period in China is pointed out.
