Abstract

The paper mainly discusses how to establish security system for landless farmers.Suggestions include:①building a reasonable minimum guarantee system for the landless peasants②providing education and training opportunities;③establishing so- cial security and insurance systems including old-age pension, unemployment,medical for landless farmers④establishing legal aid mechanism for landless farmers.
