Abstract
Modern regional culture is of rich connotation and distinct characteristics of times, which should be built by setting up a recognition system of modern regional culture and cultural regions with characteristics; by developing the modern regional cultural industry and making full use of high and new technology to set up a network system of regional cultural information so as to promote the building and sharing of outstanding culture in formation.
