Abstract
The industrial process of bio-heap leaching for the uranium ores with high fluorite content is conducted based on the earlier researches. The heap with 4 315 t uranium ore is set up and the average uranium grade of the ore is 0.186% and the particle size is-6mm.The 05B flora grows well in raffinate with the concentration of fluorine 2~3.98 g/L.After 112 d leaching,92.63% of the uranium in the ore is solved with 3.14% of acid consumption.Compared to the conventional heap leaching process, the leaching rate is increased by about 3 percentages, the leaching period is shortened by more than one month and the acid consumption is reduced by about 1.8 percentages.
