Extension of this global economic crisis in a century reveals that financial supervision model of every country including china has serious defects.Compared with their advantages and flaws of three typical financial supervision models of world,this article points out that to perfect financial regulation model,we should not only absorb the advanced system of financial supervision worldwide and improve financial supervision legislation in conformity with our country's condition,but also to follow the tide of world's financial industry development,we should establish financial supervision authority system composed by a financial regulation and co-ordination authority that could command the overall situation and business supervision institution with sound function and self-regulation institution under government guidance with national condition feature.
