Since the new century,Henan continued to maintain rapid growth in fixed assets investment,it has becomestability to maintain stable and rapid economic growth.But it is still important issue in the future about Henan is how to optimize the investment structure,increase the quality and efficiency of economic growth,change development mode.Therefore it becomes a very important practical significance about the study of the industrial investment structure in Henan.
