Abstract

Aiming at the status of university students′ mental health education in China,this paper proposed a new thinking way in constructing university students′ mental health education mechanism,and explored countermeasures of effective motion in university students′ mental health education actively in order to improve the level of mental health education in university and try to train high quality talent with all round development of morality,intelligence and physique.
