Abstract
Since the cooling conditions required by the high quality thin-slab continuous casting process are extremely stringent a math model of solidification and heat transfer has been developed in a bid to study the thin-slab continuous casting process. The effects of various processing parameters on the solidification process with the mould and in the secondary zone have been quantitatively analyzed as well.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
