Effects of zhitiaokang capsule on serum level of ET-1 in hyperlipidemia rats

Abstract

Objective:To observe effects of zhitiaokang capsule on serum level of ET-1 in hyperlipidemia rats.Methods:Fed with hyper-lipid food,the hyperlipidemia model of rat was established.The observed group was given zhitiaokang,and the control group was given zhibituo.The serum levels of ET-1 in rats in every group were determined.Result and Conclusion:Zhitiaokang capsule can decrease the content of ET-1 in serum of the model of hyperlipidemia rats.
