Abstract
Based on analyzing the chemical composition and mechanical properties,the tensile strength,hardness and impact toughness of X80 pipeline steel welded joints were studied,combined with the selected welding material,welding process and technical parameters.The results showed that the X80 pipeline steel with high strength possesses good welding performance,and the strength,hardness and toughness can meet the safety requirements.The selected welding material,welding method and welding parameters can be used for site welding.
