Risk Factor of Node Metastasis in Cervical Carcinoma

To investigate the relative factors of pelvic lymph nodes metastasis in patients with cervical carcinoma of stage Ⅰ and Ⅱ.the clinical and pathological information of 590 patients with cervical carcinoma of stage Ⅰ and Ⅱ after radical hysterectomy with lymphadenectomy were retrospectively analyzed.The correlation between the clinico-pathologic findings and the situation of pelvic lymph nodes metastasis was statistically analyzed.It is resulted that pelvic lymph nodes metastasis rate was 20.34%,age,clinical stage,tumor size,tumor growth type,pathological grade,myometrial invasion,vessel invasion and vaginal margin were related to the pelvic lymph nodes metastasis and no significant difference was found in pathlogical category and preoperative radiotherapy and chemotherapy.So:the more young age,lated stage,greater tumor diameter,deeper myometrial invasion,ulcerative type,worse in pathological grade,vaginal margin and vessel invasion,the higher pelvic lymph node metastasis rate.
