Abstract
The experimental research of exercise intervention on mental health and self-efficacy of physically vulnerable students through literature study,experiment and mathematical statistics showed that the prescription exercise and contract exercise could improve the students' mental health and self-efficacy.The contract exercise could enhance the students' mental health more than the prescription exercise for its obvious improvement of the students' self-efficacy and participation in sports.
