The role of unique volunteer team building in the work of voluntary blood donation

Volunteer constitutes an important component in the course of development of unpaid blood donation,which helped to establish voluntary blood donation organizations. Promoting voluntary blood donation as the principal form of blood donation is important in the recruitment process to guarantee the healthy and sustainable development of voluntary blood donation. Over the years,Red Cross volunteer corps in Qingdao continued to promote the idea of voluntary blood donation,to enhance its role in building societal harmony,and to ensure blood for clinical use as its own duty in unpaid blood donation.Red Cross established five unique volunteer teams. With these innovative perspective and ideas,it carried out a series of innovative community service,broadened the blood donation advertising and recruitment agenda,expanded its social influence,promoted the cohesion of voluntary blood donation,raised the popularity of such service,and brought people together under the purpose of servitude. Red Cross had played an important role in the continuous work of voluntary blood donation.
