Objective To probing medical expense of hospitalization and the day of be in hospital between the laparoscopic cholecystectomy and open cholecystectamy.Methods Reviewing retrospective1y analyzing 96 cases in a hospital,Using the T-test,rank test and the card side test.Results The open cholecystectamy group's average hospital expense are more than the laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Conclusion The open cholecystectamy make a comparise of the laparoscopic cholecystectomy to have the wound slightly,the small pain,the technique restores,letter days in hospital.
