Comparative Analysis of Grass Temperature and Air Temperature in Tangshan City from May to October

Based on the observation data of grass temperature and air temperature in Tangshan City from May to October in 2008 —2013,the change characteristics of grass temperature were analyzed,change regulation of grass temperature and air temperature in different sky conditions,such as sunny day,cloudy day and overcast were also analyzed,to put forward the corresponding park management suggestions.The results showed that the highest of the average grass temperature appeared in July,the grass temperature changed slowly.The highest temperature appeared at 13 :00 and the lowest appears at 5:00.Under different sky conditions,the time when grass temperature starting to catch up with air temperature was the same,but the time when air temperature starting to catch up with grass temperature was later in overcast,and the diurnal change of grass temperature was bigger.Both of the lowest temperature of grass and air appeared at 5 :00,the highest temperature of grass appeared at 13 :00,the highest air temperature appeared at14:00—15:00 in sunny day,but at 15:00 in the cloudy day,in overcast,grass temperature and air temperature changed slowly.The max change value of temperature appeared at different times in different sky conditions.As a result,gardens are suggested to water at 6 :00—7:00 or 16—17,and cool the leaves at 12:00—13:00,and in the summer,gardens should be water frequently.
