The Influences of Books Purchasing through Public Bidding on the Work of University Library

Book purchasing through public bidding has some particularities.At the same time of affirming the active meaning of books purchasing through public bidding,this paper analyzes some problems existing in books purchasing through public bidding,and puts forward some concrete countermeasures for perfecting book purchasing through public bidding from aspects of changing concept,perfecting laws and regulations,improving methods,and strengthening supervision,etc.
