Abstract

EU Food Safety System is considered as one of the most successful Food Safety System in the world.The integrated Food Safety Technical Regulation System of EU becomes the important footstone of the whole EU Food Safety System.Making a deep research on the production and development of EU Food Safety Technical Regulation System play an important role in reference for each country,especially developing countries.This paper analyzes each step of the production and development of EU Food Safety Technical Regulation System,researches the mode of EU food safety legal,analyzes the construction effect of Food Safety Technical Regulation System which directed by the from farm to fork method,and puts forward the prospect of the constructing emphases of EU Food Safety Technical Regulation System.
