Abstract
By consulting a large number of literatures,this paper reviews the formation and development of the organizational ecology and the enterprise ecology,of which the main content and the achievement are briefly described.After analyzing the development of organizational ecology and enterprise ecology at home and abroad comparatively,and generalizing the research system of enterprise ecology,the paper points out the similarities and differences between organizational ecology and enterprise ecology and the research direction of reinforcing the competition power of industry and enterprise by combining the achievements of the organizational ecology into the enterprise ecology.
