Abstract
Firstly a two-level signature scheme based on Liang07 scheme is constructed though adding a secret parameter, then a short group signature scheme is set up, which is proven secure in the standard model.By making certain reasonable assumptions and applying the technique of non-interactive proof system, it prove that the scheme satisfies the secure request of BSZ model.Compared with Liang07 and G07' short group signature scheme, itallows new members join dynamically, and group manager can'tforge any member's signature, that is the scheme satisfies non-frameability.Therefore the scheme is of preferable applicability.
