Abstract
Regional economic cooperation can help realize resource sharing,advantage complementation and industrial structural optimization.By far there have appeared some small regional economic cooperative form in certain Chinese north-west provinces.In view of the local unique natural environment,resources and social conditions,the paper holds it necessary to making the oretical preparation and designing corresponding strategies in order to attain to the anticipatory object.
