Abstract
In recent years,Shanghai's economy developped radidly,the development of the tourism industry has been to become more and more important to promote Shanghai's economy.This paper analyses the life-cycle of the tourism in Shanghai,it is significiant to improve the tourism industry and enhance the scientific nature of the forward-looking strategy.This paper uses the logistic regression model to analysis the development stage of the tourism industry,it shows that Shanghai is in the best time to develop the tourism industry.
