Management of Construction Cost for Project

Abstract

This paper discusses the management work of cost calculation,cost control,cost accounting and analysis in the project construction,analyzes how to improve the management of project costs and the cost forecast,and how to determine cost-control objectives.It takes cost objectives as key problem to determine the principle of cost control,and the measures to assure the cost objective of project construction are presented.
