Abstract
Maternal postpartum hemorrhage is a serious complication of childbirth.It can lead to maternal shock and even death when the situation become worse.Uterine atony,placental factors,soft birth canal injury and coagulation disorders may cause postpartum hemorrhage.Therefore,clinical nurses should strengthen maternal observation and nursing,alleviate the suffering of patients,and effectively reduce the maternal complications and death rate.
