Technology of Tunnel Construction

As one part of transportation construction,the tunnel has many functions,such as shortening the distance and reducing travel time.However,its construction cost is very high,and the tunnel excavation process is also relatively dangerous,so the right design theory coupled with a reasonable construction method must be chosen in order to get through the tunnel with complex geological condition faster and better.Good tunnel construction technology can shorten the construction period,improve the efficiency of the construction,and indirectly save the cost.Given this,it analyzes the technical points in the tunnel construction process combined with engineering practice in hope to provide reference for similar engineering projects.
