Improvement of Kerberos Protocol Based on Public Key Cryptosystem

With the development of computer network,the problem of network security is becoming even more important.Authentication is very important and basic security service among the security systems.Kerberos protocol is an authentication protocol based on private key cryptosystem.In this paper,first,the authentication theory of Kerberos protocol is analyzed,then based on the Kerberos protocol and public key encryption system,a higher security of identity authentication protocol is designed.Last analyzed the differences between the two protocols.
