Abstract

Our hospital is a large comprehensive hospital including medical treatment,teaching and scientific research,there are a large number of pharmaceutical students come to practice in our hospital every year,we not only promote students the combination of theory and practice,but also improve their comprehensive quality by strict pre-job training,constantly strengthening and improving the teaching mode,optimizing the teaching staff and so on.The paper is the author's teaching experience in the process of teaching.
