Abstract

To establish a method for determination of tin in canned food by microwave digestion-hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry(HG-AFS),the samples were dissolved in HNO3+ HCl or HNO3+HCl + H2O2 systems and digested by microwave for preparation, the thiourea-ascorbic acid were used as the pre-reducing agents,afterwards(HG-AFS) was applied to determine the tin content in canned food. The results showed that under the optimal condition, tin content linearity in the range of 0~100 μg/L,the linear correlation coefficient was 0.999 8.The detection limit of this method was 0.067 mg/kg,the recovery rate of samples ranged from 99.7%~108.3%,the coefficients of variation(CV) were 2.67%(n=6).It concludes the method is accurate, precise, sensitive, rapid, safe and green,it is suitable for determination of tin in canned food.
