Investigation on municipal solid waste in Shaanxi province

The research for the understanding level of inhabitants to municipal solid waste in Shaanxi province was found out by questionnaire survey.The feasibility of reuse and reduce output of municipal solid waste,the difficulties in the collection process and the reasons for them were discussed.All these provided scientific support for management and disposal of municipal solid waste.The result showed that the low-income groups and the low-degree groups and the old man rarely care of reuse and reduce of municipal solid waste.So it is necessary for these groups to take more education.It is put forward that the government should take effective policy and financial measures to support classified collection of municipal solid waste.
