Abstract
With the signature of the bilateral agreements between China and US, China and EU, China's accession to the World Trade Organization(WTO)is approaching. The problem of anti-dumping to China is becoming more and more serious. Considering the related articles of WTO and the current practice of US EU, the auther draws the conclusion that if nothing is done, the current situation will not be improved even after China's entrance to WTO. So it's high time to establish China's anti-dumping laws, to promote the exportation of commodities of high added value, to enhance enterprises' law consciousness, and to strengthen the cooperation between the government and enterprises so as to cope with the anti-dumping lawsuits from foreign countries.
