Abstract
[Objective]Optimum ratios of emamectin benzoate and bisultap were screened for controlling Spodoptera litura in order to find out the optimum ratio with synergetic action.[Method]The toxic effects of emamectin benzoate,bisultap and their mixtures against 3-year-old larva of Spodoptera litura were measured using leaf dipping method.[Result]When the ratio of emamectin benzoate and bisultap was 70:30 and 60:40 with the effective component ratio of 0.14:243.00 and 0.12:324.00,the toxicity ratios were 1.34 and 1.45 and the co-toxicity coefficients were recorded as 125.93 and 151.08,respectively,which indicated that the mixtures played a synergetic role.[Conclusion]Emamectin benzoate and bisultap mixture had the best synergistic effect when their effective component ratio was 0.12:324.00.
