Study on Characters Genetic Variation in M4 of Soybean Treated By ~(60)Co-γ-Ray

M4 Generation of 3 cultivars was radiated with 60 Co-γ ray.The genetic variation of main agronomic characters and growth duration and peotein content and oil content were studied.The result showed that the effect of the main agronomic characters of M4 of soybean treated by 200 Gy was the best,plant height and pod number per plant and seed number per plant and seed yield per plant and 100-seed-weight were higher than that of CK,height of 1st pod was lower than that of CK;Growth durations could be obviously shortened.The different cultivar had the same sensitivity to the same radiated dose;The change of protein content of different cultivars had significant difference after radiation.There was a significant difference in change of protein content.The oil content was greatly decreased.The different cultivars had different sensitivity to the same radiation.
