Abstract

Paroxysmal Supraventricular Tachycardia(PSVT) is very popular in clinical work, most of which were atrioventricular reentry tachycardia(AVRT) and atrioventricular nodal reentry tachycardia(AVNRT).Reentry is regarded as the mechanism of these two types of tachycardia. The surface electrocardiography(ECG) has important clinic significance to analyse PSVT.The article presents the mechanism of AVRT and AVNRT and diagnosis of PSVT by surface electrocardiog-raphy.
