Abstract

Minors are a chief part of basic medical insurance for city residents.Minors medical security is the main component of social security system.The existing forms of urban minor health-care are reviewed,and through comparing and analyzing minors medical security system,the reference of minors' protection level is provided to improve and enhance the basic medical insurance system for urban residents.
