The Development of Angiosperm Female and Male Gametophyte Formation

Angiosperm female and male gametophyte formation is the key to the process of generational one.Female gametophyte formation can be divided into two consecutive processes,namely,the occurrence and female gametophyte spores occurred.The formation of male gametes includes germ cell and vegetative cell differentiation and the occurrence of male gametophyte.Meanwhile,the male and female gametophyte development process by the first turn of the regulation also ensures that the normal gametophyte development.In this paper,male and female gametophyte of angiosperms and related process control,and recent advances in this field were reviewed.
