Ideological and political work stands the first of all at colleges and universities.Currently the great changes in both national and international situations have brought challenges and difficulties to the ideological and political work.Therefore it is of importance and necessity to enhance thinking how to stress the construction of the team with strong pertinence,high efficiency and courageous exploration so that the ideological and political work can be done well in the new situations.
