Abstract
AGREEMENT ON AGRICULTURE of the WTO definitely ordains the regulations of domestic support and our country have made certain serious promise since we entered the WTO.At present,it will be meaningful to study the level of agricultural domestic support and subsidy in China and to analyze the functions of the domestic support measures,because it will help to enhance China's competitive ability in the international agricultural market and to increase the peasants' income.Concerning with the regulations of the WTO and the reality in China,this thesis will probe into the adjutment of China's domestic support measures from the point of legislation so to establish a series of legislative system of domestic support t effectively.
