Abstract
Under the present situation of reform and opening to the outside world and developing socialist market economy, the environment, tasks, contents and objects for political and ideological work in enterprises are changing and many new problems arise. We should bear in mind the new change and problems in the work, find out new countermeasures and push it forward.
