Abstract
Electrochemiluminescence(ECL) of luminol was sensitized obviously by a microemulsion of CTMAB-1-pentanol-heptane in neutral phosphate buffer.The ECL intensity increased linearly with addition of microemulsion volume.The mechanism of enhancement for luminol ECL was also discussed.Melatonin(MLT) was determined sensitively based on enhanced ECL quenching.The content of MLT in capsules was determined by using this method.
